Hello, copiers, followers and etorians!
This is the monthly update on my investment portfolio:
- March 2024: +8.52%
- YTD: +22.20%
- 2023: +11.34%
- The risk score is 6
- Currently, 15 people are copying my trades
In March, my portfolio outperformed the benchmarks such as the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq 100, which have gone up by 3.10% and 1.79% respectively.
The fantastic performance has been driven by the following main factors:
- Rate cut expectations: investors are betting on the first Federal Reserve rate cut this year in June.
- Megacap rallies: Amazon, NVIDIA, Microsoft and Meta (known as the “Fabulous 4″) have performed well.
- AI enthusiasm: companies are heavily investing in generative AI which will be the driver of important changes in our lives in the future.
- Dovish Federal Reserve: Jerome Powell said that the latest PCE readings, published last Friday, were “pretty much in line with our expectations.”
- The Bitcoin rally and the consequence surge of the related stocks that I have recently added to my portfolio, such as Microstrategy, Mara, Coinbase and Riot.
I will continue to monitor the financial markets daily and implement my strategies for the long term.
Asset Allocation
The current asset allocation of my portfolio is:
- 45% Stocks
- 19% ETFs
- 36% Cash
I have taken profit by closing positions during this month’s rally.
The cash in balance will be used to open new trades, as I am expecting a bullish year.
I am allocating my portfolio to ETFs, tech stocks and also crypto related stocks.
Recommendations
These are my recommendations for copiers and anyone who wants to invest in my portfolio:
- Invest more than 2,000 USD
- Keep the copy open for long-term
If you have less than 2,000 USD, you can start with a lower amount now and add more later.
Now is still a good time to start investing in my portfolio if you are new, or you can add more funds to your copy if you are already a copier.
Goals
My 2024 goals are:
- Outperform the S&P 500
- Keeping the risk score to medium
- To become a Champion Popular Investor
