Hello, copiers, followers and etorians!
This is the monthly update on my investment portfolio:
- May  2024: +10.57%
- YTD: +25.61%
- 2023: +11.34%

In May, my portfolio closed the month with a double-digit positive performance, it has outperformed the main US big indexes such as the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq 100 which went up by only 4.80% and 6.88% respectively.
It has been a very bullish month with a strong rise in stocks, commodities and cryptos.
US Indexes are at all-time high, gold is at all-time high and Bitcoin has reached the all-time high.
The stock rally has been driven by the tech sector, in particular by NVIDIA which yesterday reached $3 trillion in value, overtaking Apple. That makes it the first computer chip company ever to hit the milestone.
Moreover, the coordinated action of Central Banks is going in the direction of cutting interest rates for the first time since 2021.
The Swedish Central Bank and the Central Bank of Canada have already started to cut rates.
The European Central Bank has just reduced the interest rate by 25 basis points, it is the first rate cut since 2019.
The next one to cut the interest rate should be the Federal Reserve and the markets are already pricing two rate cuts this year.
Asset Allocation and Strategy Update
The current asset allocation of my portfolio is:
- 44% Stocks
- 33% ETFs
- 5% Crypto
- 18% Cash
In May, I opened new long positions in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Coinbase and Semiconductors.
I will continue to monitor the financial markets daily and implement my strategies for the long term.
Recommendations
These are my recommendations for copiers and anyone who wants to invest in my portfolio:
- Invest more than 2,000 USD
- Keep the copy open for long-term
If you have less than 2,000 USD, you can start with a lower amount now and add more later.
Now is still a good time to start investing in my portfolio if you are new, or you can add more funds to your copy if you are already a copier.
Goals
My 2024 goals are:
- Outperform the S&P 500
- Keeping the risk score to medium
- To become a Champion Popular Investor
